Logan is walking and talking

On February 23rd, Logan started to walk all on his own. Patrick and Dylan were sitting in the living room watching tv and all of a sudden they realized Logan was walking along something where he didn't normally walk. Patrick said he just saw his little head take off across the floor. How fun! The previous week he had been getting more and more brave about taking that extra step between furniture fixtures, so we knew it was coming. Now he walks all over the place. He is still working on balancing and he looks so cute and wobbly! He has also realized that if he wants to get somewhere quickly, it is just easier to crawl. So, he will refuse to try and walk it even if you try and get him to. We just love to watch him and are so proud of all that he is learning!




Logan has also started repeating some words this week. (It is kind of funny that it started around the same time as his walking). He will now say, "up," "ball," "this," "sit," "dad," "dog," "momma," and "bye-bye."
It is so cute! We are working on some other words, but he is sort of stubborn (like his daddy) and will only cooperate when he is in the mood.
