Christmas with the Nixes and our Family

Sunday, the 21st, we went to Dalzell to spend some time with our extended family and do our annual breakfast and gift exchange. It was loads of fun!!! I ended up with the family bowl this year and am super excited about it! Here are some pictures that highlight the day...We got crazy taking pictures in the car on the way there. It takes about an hour to get there, so we entertain ourselves however we can!
I think all these pictures of the boys are so funny!
This one is of them showing off their noses...
Just scary!
This was Blake's actual birthday. Doesn't he make a very handsome 16 year old?
Logan even got in on the giggling on the way there!
Debbie has a great play room and all the kids played the whole afternoon up there. Logan had the best time and didn't want to leave!
This picture is of Mimi playing with Caroline and her toys.
Little Caroline
Logan kissing the baby doll. (I uploaded this crooked - sorry!)
My beautiful little neice. She was so sweet and good the whole time we were there. I just love this little girl!!!
Hampton hanging out with Aunt Sara
A view of the kids playing in the living room.
Each year Debbie make surprise balls for all the children. Here are our boys' (we didn't think Hampton needed one this year).
The boys opening their balls. It was loads of fun watching them find something in each layer of paper.
Sara Grace would have been content just to play with all the paper.
Logan really enjoyed his this year. He was able to do it all by himself!
Maribeth
Her birthday was the 20th, so we sang "Happy Birthday" to her and Blake.
Blake and little H
And the ride home was no different than the ride there - Logan may have been a little more tired, but Blake and Dylan were just as wild!
Dylan even whipped out some wrestling moves on his brother!

When we got home Blake spent some time making Hampton smile and laugh. I just love a baby's giggle!
What a fun and exciting day we had. Thanks for having us over, Debbie and Dave.
We all enjoyed it!
