Four of a Kind: Dylan's Purple Belt/End of the Year Party

Saturday night Dylan had his belt ceremony from the test that was held that morning and it was combined with his Christmas Party. Dylan is now a Purple belt and is doing so well in Tae Kwon Do. He really loves and would go to class every night if I would let him.

They gave all the students clocks and Dylan played with his (along with all the other children) and tried to take it apart while everyone else was getting their belts

We were surprised with a special award for Dylan. He received a trophy for being a "Role Model Student." That was pretty neat and exciting. Dylan was so cute when they called his name...he is supposed to run up there and while he was running, he was trying to find me in the crowd to make sure I saw him - meanwhile not watching where he was going. It was so sweet and when he sat down and finally saw me, he was beaming ear to ear. He was so proud of himself - as are we all!!!

After the award ceremony, the black belts did a demonstration for all of us that was wonderful. Dylan got to sit with two of his best friends, Michael and Sellers, and they chatted
